Kimberly Clarke

Our current Kindergarten teacher is Kimberly Clarke! Over the past 12 years, she’s taught in a variety of grades and subjects, including Grade 12 Math Essentials, Worship Band, Grade 10 Career Guidance, Grade 3, and Grade 2. Each of these experiences has shaped her teaching journey and brought me to where I am today.

She has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina. Originally from Saskatchewan, her family has moved frequently as part of military life, giving her the opportunity to teach in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Newfoundland.

Her heart for teaching is rooted in connection—where every child in her classroom feels loved, seen, and heard. Mrs. Clarke loves watching students’ excitement as they learn new concepts and take pride in their accomplishments. She strives to create a safe, calm, and caring environment where children can experience fun learning adventures, build confidence, and grow in both knowledge and character.

Mrs. Clarke says one of the greatest blessings of teaching at Westpark is the freedom to share and live out my faith in Jesus. She wants her students to know how deeply they are loved by Him and to experience that love daily in our classroom. Her deep hope is that each child leaves Kindergarten knowing they are valued, loved, and capable of great things.

Outside of school, Mrs. Clarke enjoys life with her husband, Troy, their two children, Jake and Brynn, and their pets—Lexi the dog and Phoenix the bearded dragon. She loves hiking and spending time in nature, reading, doing crafts, and enjoying movies or games with her family.
