Westpark School is the
largest single ministry of Portage Alliance Church. We
strive to create an environment where education and faith
connect for our students. From our pre-kindergarten through
to grade 12 programs we provide a holistic educational
experience focusing on our physical well being and academic
excellence within a spiritual framework.
This holistic approach works through our extracurricular
activities through fine arts and athletics, regular academic
pursuits, designated times for students to grow spiritually
and to increase their awareness of being good citizens of
our planet as they work through social justice and
ecological projects.
Our students come from many different faith backgrounds and
types of families. While we provide a strong biblical
foundation within our classes and other activities,
subscribing to biblical ideologies is not a requirement of
students or families of Westpark School.
We are constantly striving to provide an educational
experience that prepares our students to be citizens of our
planet, aware of their impact on those around them, the
environment and their generation. |
