Westpark School is a Christian School and therefore we educate the children entrusted to us in a way that reflects biblical values. In addition we unapologetically teach our students biblical theology in Bible classes as well as integrate biblical knowledge across our curriculum.

However, enrolment in Westpark School is NOT dependent on the faith background of either our students or their parents. We accept all students into Westpark School regardless of gender, faith background, culture, ethnicity or educational needs.

Students are, however, required to abide by our behavioural guidelines and code of conduct particularly in the Senior Years in order to retain their admitted status.

   Following is our admission policy
    1.   Parents must agree to support their children being taught and disciplined according to the school’s philosophy and policy
    2.   Grade placement is the school’s decision based on previous school assessments and standardized testing as well as Westpark School’s assessment.
    3.   Children with special needs are accepted if adequate assistance is available
    4.   Parents must agree to participate in the education of their child. This includes supporting the student through maintaining a good environment for learning at home. Parents must provide open and consistent support for the school as well as satisfactory study facilities, plus nutritional and healthy practices which help the student be able to learn. In addition discipline must be lovingly and consistently provided to encourage the child to be self-disciplined.
    5.   Parents must agree to permit the student to participate in all aspects of the school program and to allow the student to attend church if they so desire.
    6.   The Leadership Team will make all admission decisions.
    7.   Students are accepted and placed in classes on a probationary basis. If information comes to the school with the cumulative file or the child does not appear appropriately placed during the first few weeks of school, the school reserves the right to change the placement or ask the parents to withdraw the student if his or her needs are beyond the ability of the school to meet.
   8.   Students in grades 9-12 must agree to the Westpark High School Code of conduct and lifestyle.
